Don't forget your water bottles and sunscreen as you hit the lakes, rivers and creeks. The water's reflection seems to like to help the sun in its constant attempts to turn us all bright red and leave us sadly remembering the trip. Remember life jackets for the kids if you are fishing from a boat!

REPORT AS OF 5/4/08

Eight and a half year old Jordan Jesse from Carson City used corn powerbait for his 3 lb. rainbow.

Justin Turner of Oxnard landed a 4 lb. 12 oz. rainbow using green powerbait nuggets.

A green Matuka trolled by Jim Simmons of Mira Loma caught a 2 lb. 6 oz. brown.

Olive wooly buggers used by Bob & mark Imes from Arroyo Grande caught a 3 lb. and a 3 lb. 2 oz. rainbow.

Derby winner was Bob Hall from Lancaster with his 4 lb. 11 oz. rainbow caught on a nightcrawler. Congratulations and thank you for helping to support the Upper Twin Lake Fish Enhancement Program!!
